You will first need to select your community by typing in the first few letters of your community’s name, then click the link to go to the payment page. As of July 15, 2015, our online payments system will no longer support Internet Explorer version 8.0 due to known security vulnerabilities. Our online payments system continues to support Internet Explorer 9.0 and up, as well as Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers. We appreciate your cooperation, The RevoPay IT Team

FAQ and other payment-related details:

Please contact your property management company for your account number and your amount due. Your property manager has this information.
If your name and/or address are incorrect, please contact your property management company to update their records. Please Note: You can still make your payment as long as your account number is accurate because your property management company will use your account number (not your name/address) to apply your payment.
If there is a fee, it will be prominently displayed before you are asked to submit payment.
A payment receipt will be emailed to the address you provided. It might take up to 30 minutes for the payment receipt to be delivered. If you haven’t received your payment receipt within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received your email receipt, select the Help link from top of the payment page to request another email receipt.
Please contact your property management company with questions regarding payment refunds.
For the eCheck payments you can use either a checking or savings account. With the eCheck option, a single payment can be made or recurring payments can be setup. For the credit/debit card payments, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. The recurring payment method is not available for credit/debit card payments.

If your payment is made prior to 8 PM ET, your payment (both eCheck & credit card) will be processed the same day.
Please contact your property management company. Only your property manager can answer your property specific questions or assist with maintenance requests. This site is only for online payments.
