Metropolitan Property Management is a Nashville, TN based property management company, specializing in full service community and association management to residential communities. MPM currently serves as exclusive agent to over 100 communities and HOA’s in the Nashville area, covering over 5,000 households.

Metropolitan Property Management was founded in March of 2009 with the goal of filling a serious need for a property and association management in Nashville that offered a fresh, aggressive, responsive, and service-oriented approach to a relaxed industry. 
 Our team has over 30 years of combined experience in association and mixed-use property management.  We continually strive to maintain our team-oriented approach, which allows us to draw on the various experiences of each of our employees to be innovative and efficient in all aspects of property management.

Zach was born and raised in Middle Tennessee.  He is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and finished his education at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, with a B.A. in English Literature, graduating in 2003.  Among his many activities at Furman, Zach was President of the Kappa Alpha Order, Sports Editor for the Furman University Newspaper and goal keeper for the Furman Club Soccer Team.  Upon graduation, he moved to the Florida panhandle to pursue opportunities in real estate.  As a real estate sales associate, Zach saw an opportunity to start a property management company specializing in association, community and commercial property management and facility’s maintenance.  Zach founded Coastal Properties in May of 2003 and sold the company in 2016. He still owns and operates Coastal Properties Maintenance Services, LLC. headquartered in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. These experiences lead to the founding of Metropolitan Property Management, LLC.  Zach moved back full time to Tennessee in March of 2017, and is engaged in full time management of Metropolitan Property Management, LLC. and Metropolitan Maintenance Services, LLC.  Zach lives with his wife, Amy Johnson, in Forest Hills.

Teddy was born and raised in Nashville and is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy. He attended The University of Tennessee in Knoxville Tennessee and earned a B.A. in English Literature, graduating in 2010. Teddy returned to the Nashville area and joined the staff of First Presbyterian Church, where he served for four years. During his tenure at First Presbyterian Church, Teddy also served as a business consultant, allowing him to work with clients within various industries. In 2014, Teddy left full time ministry and joined the team of Metropolitan Property Management, bringing a mindedness toward systemic management with emphasis on efficient infrastructure and customer relationships. Teddy currently resides in Nashville with his dog, Gladys, and fits the Nashville stereotype of being an average musician.

Gina joined Metropolitan in 2016 and brings 7 years of HOA management experience to the team. As Director of Operations she creates the vision for systems and workflows while overseeing day-to-day business activity. Previously a small business owner, Gina brings an entrepreneurial mindset to the table at Metropolitan. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Industry from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as a Full-Stack Web Development certificate from Nashville Software School. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her dog and spending time outdoors kayaking, rock climbing, and hiking.

Noble was raised in Nashville and is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy.  He attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina on a golf scholarship and was a two-time Co-Captain and member of the All Academic Southern Conference team.  After finishing school with a B.A. in Business Administration in 2004, he moved to Greensboro, North Carolina to work for Jefferson Pilot.  While at Jefferson Pilot, Noble was responsible for managing the largest account of life insurance sales in the company.  Noble returned to Nashville in 2006 to work for UBS Financial Services, Inc.  After two successful years as a Financial Advisor, Noble co-founded Metropolitan Property Management, LLC, recognizing a unique opportunity to build a property management firm and provide a more sophisticated and dedicated level of management to an underserved market in his home town.  Noble is married to his college sweetheart, Marti, and lives in Forest Hills.  He still enjoys playing golf and wishes he had more time to dust off his fly rod in the rivers of North Carolina.

Dawn Hardiman is a veteran of residential property management with over 8 years of experience in HOA management. She has held many positions in different aspects of the HOA management industry prior to coming on board with Metropolitan Property Management in 2017. Outside of the office Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and tending to her farm.

Terry was born and raised in Nashville and graduated from Gallatin High School. He went on to receive his degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Terry worked in real estate until entering the property management world in 2006. After many years of servicing homeowner associations, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Metropolitan Property Management. He joined the team in late 2017 and has worked tirelessly to maintain a high level of customer service to the associations he manages in the Nashville area.

Originally from St. Louis and Fort Lauderdale, Doug came to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt, graduated, and married a Nashville classmate, permanently cementing his future in the city.  He was a commercial banker for 20 years and spent an overlapping 30 years directing national marketing operations for a number of companies. Doug received an intense education on the operations of HOAs when he served as president of a Green Hills HOA for six years, firing two and hiring two management companies during his tenure. Joining Metropolitan Property Management in 2014, Doug maintains a part-time property manager title. He still resides in the HOA with his wife, Mary, and their 13 year old cat and fourth golden retriever.

From Niceville, Florida, Olivia graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Family, Youth, & Community Sciences with a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership. After finishing school, Olivia worked at Walt Disney World, traveled to several countries and then began working as the Development Coordinator for the Taylor Haugen Foundation. Moving to the Nashville area in 2018, Olivia joined Metropolitan Property Management and became active in operations and customer accounts. She spends her weekends, holidays, and any free time she can get, outdoors, traveling, or checking items off her bucket list.

David joined Metropolitan Property Management in 2013 and brings over 10 years of retail and wholesale mortgage background as well as real estate sales experience to the company. Originally from Memphis, David attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. He moved to Nashville shortly after graduation to join his families’ real estate firm. He and his wife Amy have 2 daughters and he is very involved in several civic and non-profit organizations in Nashville. When he’s not running to one of the girls sporting events on the weekends, he enjoys finding time to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Room in the Inn through his Church.                                                                                                    

A native of Alabama, Andy graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Furman University in 2005 and with a Masters of Accountancy from Belmont University in 2008. He has worked in public accounting at a Charleston, SC firm specializing in small business services and in the tax group of a Birmingham, AL multi-family office serving high net-worth families and their businesses. He now holds his CPA and CGMA and is focused on managerial accounting and taxation of small business entities. Andy serves as treasurer of both the Compass Point at WaterSound Condo Association and Junior Board of Glenwood Inc, an autism and behavioral health center based in Birmingham, AL. In addition to his business experience, Andy is a USCG licensed captain and has spent several seasons as a fly-fishing guide in Wyoming, Alaska, and Florida. He still enjoys spending time on the water and, when not at the office, can likely be found somewhere along the FL Panhandle or Gulf Coast.

Tyler was born and raised in Tupelo, MS.  He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi in Liberal Arts with a minor in Business Administration. He then received a master’s degree from Covenant Theological Seminary (St. Louis, MO).  After completing his studies in St. Louis, he relocated to Nashville and taught for two years at the high school of Christ Presbyterian Academy.  In 2015, he joined the Metropolitan team as a property manager.  Outside of the office, Tyler likes spending time with his wife and friends, playing sports, reading, and cooking a good meal and enjoying it.

Originally from Jackson, MS. Haley attended Ole Miss and graduated with a major in Integrated Marketing Communications.  Moving to Nashville during the summer of 2016, Haley worked for Vanderbilt University within the temporary services department. Starting at Metropolitan Property Management, in January of 2017, she joined the operations team with a passion in customer accounts and services. Haley is an avid Nashville Predators supporter, a major foodie, and constantly on the look out for live music and concerts around the area.

Glenn Carson brings decades of experience in management and working with Boards to his relationship with our HOAs. Through partnership with homeowners and Boards, he enjoys the interaction that helps to make your HOA a great place to live.
