Metropolitan Property Management is a Nashville, TN based property management company, specializing in full service community and association management to residential communities. MPM currently serves as exclusive agent to over 90 communities and HOA’s in the Nashville area, covering over 5,000 households.

Metropolitan Property Management was founded in March of 2009 with the goal of filling a serious need for a property and association management in Nashville that offered a fresh, aggressive, responsive, and service-oriented approach to a relaxed industry. 
 Our team has over 30 years of combined experience in association and mixed-use property management.  We continually strive to maintain our team-oriented approach, which allows us to draw on the various experiences of each of our employees to be innovative and efficient in all aspects of property management.

Noble Judy, VP of Metropolitan Property Management in Nashville, TN

Noble was raised in Nashville and is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy.  He attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina on a golf scholarship and was a two-time Co-Captain and member of the All Academic Southern Conference team.  After finishing school with a B.A. in Business Administration in 2004, he moved to Greensboro, North Carolina to work for Jefferson Pilot.  While at Jefferson Pilot, Noble was responsible for managing the largest account of life insurance sales in the company.  Noble returned to Nashville in 2006 to work for UBS Financial Services, Inc.  After two successful years as a Financial Advisor, Noble co-founded Metropolitan Property Management, LLC, recognizing a unique opportunity to build a property management firm and provide a more sophisticated and dedicated level of management to an underserved market in his home town.  Noble now lives in the Oak Hill area with his wife, Marti, and their sons, Jess and Fitts.  He still enjoys playing golf and wishes he had more time to dust off his fly rod in the rivers of North Carolina.

Zach was born and raised in Middle Tennessee.  He is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and finished his education at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a B.A. in English, graduating in 2003.  Among his many activities at Furman, Zach was President of the Kappa Alpha Order and Sports Editor for the Furman University Newspaper.  Upon graduation, he moved to the Florida panhandle to pursue opportunities in real estate.  After working in real estate sales, Zach saw an opportunity to start a property management company specializing in association and community management.  Zach founded Coastal Properties in May of 2003 and has been operating the company ever since.  Today, Zach has five (5) full time management employees and manages over thirty (30) communities in the Destin area.  This experience led him to Nashville where he co-founded Metropolitan Property Management, LLC.  He splits his time between Nashville and Florida and is actively involved in the management of both companies.  When not in his office, he is on his boat chasing the next big catch and actively enjoys golf and tennis.

phil (1)Growing up as the son of a minister, Philip had the opportunity to live in several areas of the country, such as Texas, North Carolina, and Colorado.  Philip attended Campbell University in NC, where his studies included a BA in Trust and Investment Management, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration.  Upon completion of graduate school, he packed up and moved to Manitou Springs, CO following the allure of the majestic Rocky Mountains.  While in Colorado, Philip worked in sales, selling commercial and industrial laundry equipment throughout CO and WY.  In addition, Philip served the community as a volunteer firefighter and enjoyed spending free time outside hiking, rock climbing, camping, and chasing the trout of the CO rivers. In 2009, Philip moved to Nashville with aspirations to be closer to family and manage real estate.  Philip has experience in HOA, Condominium Association, and commercial management.  With his experience and reputation for excellent management practices, Philip joined Metropolitan in 2012 to provide exemplary service to existing clients and assist in business development.   In his free time, Philip enjoys live music, traveling and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

doug (1)Originally from St. Louis and Fort Lauderdale, Doug came to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt, graduated, and married a Nashville classmate, permanently cementing his future in the city.  He was a commercial banker for 20 years and spent an overlapping 30 years directing national marketing operations for a number of companies. Doug received an intense education on the operations of HOAs when he served as president of a Green Hills HOA for six years, firing two and hiring two management companies during his tenure. Joining Metropolitan Property Management in 2014, Doug is involved in office administration and property inspection. He still resides in the HOA with his wife, Mary, and their 13 year old cat and fourth golden retriever.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

_CPS0889_edited.1.1Kacy was born and raised in Memphis and attended Auburn University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. While in school Kacy studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain to complete her Spanish minor. After graduation, she interned in New York City with the CBS Special Events team, in Charlotte with Raycom Sports for the Meineke Car Care Bowl, and in Birmingham with the Coastal Living magazine idea house program. After a year of being a professional intern, she joined Twin Construction, a Birmingham-based residential contractor where she assisted in all things marketing and homeowner relations. After living in Birmingham for six years, Kacy decided to return to her Tennessee roots and begin a new journey in Nashville. In 2015 Kacy joined the Metropolitan team as the Director of Community Relations and Marketing where she is responsible for the awesomeness of MPM. Outside of work Kacy loves traveling, live music, and enjoying the outdoors. 

davidDavid joined Metropolitan Property Management in 2013 and brings over 10 years of retail and wholesale mortgage background as well as real estate sales experience to the company. Originally from Memphis, David attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. He moved to Nashville shortly after graduation to join his families’ real estate firm. He and his wife Amy have 2 daughters and he is very involved in several civic and non-profit organizations in Nashville. When he’s not running to one of the girls sporting events on the weekends, he enjoys finding time to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Room in the Inn through his Church.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

A native of Alabama, Andy graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Furman University in 2005 and with a Masters of Accountancy from Belmont University in 2008. He has worked in public accounting at a Charleston, SC firm specializing in small business services and in the tax group of a Birmingham, AL multi-family office serving high net-worth families and their businesses. He now holds his CPA and CGMA and is focused on managerial accounting and taxation of small business entities. Andy serves as treasurer of both the Compass Point at WaterSound Condo Association and Junior Board of Glenwood Inc, an autism and behavioral health center based in Birmingham, AL. In addition to his business experience, Andy is a USCG licensed captain and has spent several seasons as a fly-fishing guide in Wyoming, Alaska, and Florida. He still enjoys spending time on the water and, when not at the office, can likely be found somewhere along the FL Panhandle or Gulf Coast.

FullSizeRender (1)Tyler was born and raised in Tupelo, MS.  He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi in Liberal Arts with a minor in Business Administration. He then received a master’s degree from Covenant Theological Seminary (St. Louis, MO).  After completing his studies in St. Louis, he relocated to Nashville and taught for two years at the high school of Christ Presbyterian Academy.  In 2015, he joined the Metropolitan team as a property manager.  Outside of the office, Tyler likes spending time with his wife and friends, playing sports, reading, and cooking a good meal and enjoying it.
